Ananda lays the foundation stone for the Ideo Mobi Rama 4 Project

Ms. Maneerat Thanatsetthi (2^nd from the right), the Managing Director, Condominium Business – Ideo/Ideo Mobi from Ananda Development PCL, presided over the foundation stone laying ceremony for the Ideo Mobi Rama 4 Project to bring auspiciousness to the project and its future residents.  This ceremony was also attended by Mr. Sittiporn Suangswang (leftmost), as the Construction Manager from Prebuild Co., Ltd. (the main construction contractor) and Mr. Rangsan Kiattiyot (2^nd from the left), the Managing Director of A Build Management Co., Ltd. (project consultant and manager), along with their management and staff. As a high-rise 36-floor condominium project with 486 units, Ideo Mobi Rama 4 is situated in a high-potential location. Next to Rama 4 Road, it is located 0 km from the Khlong Toei MRT Station and 30 m away from the Sirat Expressway. It is located between two new central business districts (CBD), which are Sathorn and Asoke. The project is designed under the concept “future nature,” with its first floor designed to be in a modern form and to be in harmony with nature. This starts with Paradise Valley, situated in the front of the project and extends to the Mountain Side, a large garden mountain which cascades down to the swimming pool on the 7^th floor.
