Effective from January 10, 2025, to March 31, 2025. Applicable to customers who reserve, sign contract, and transfer ownership of a condominium unit within 30 days from the transfer date. The promotion is subject to the terms and conditions specified by the company and is valid only for participating projects/plots/units.
1. Promotion: Massive Discount up to 600,000 THB. The discount applies to the largest corner plots in the project, with variations in discount amounts for different projects as listed below:

Customers will receive free common area maintenance fees based on the rates specified by the company on the condominium ownership transfer date. The benefit will be provided as a cash cheque within 30 days of the transfer date, up to the maximum amount based on the unit type booked.
