The ANANDA SUPER LUXE DEALS promotion runs from October 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024. The promotion is available only to customers who reserve, sign a contract, and complete the transfer of ownership within 30 days from the contract signing date. Eligible customers will receive the promotion according to the company's terms and conditions. This applies only to participating projects.

1.3 Free 3-year common area maintenance applies to Ashton Silom Unit 10-07. - Cashback promotion of up to 1,000,000 THB. The promotion varies by unit and participating project. Customers will receive a cashier’s check with a maximum value based on the type of condominium reserved, contracted, and transferred within 60 days. Cashback cannot be redeemed for cash but can be applied as a discount toward the condominium purchase. The company reserves the right not to compensate or refund any difference arising from future rate changes.
